This site is setup for secure online payments through
PayPal.
After selecting your items you will be directed
to a secure page that will allow you to complete
your order. If you have any problems with this service, please
let us know. Use the contact form @ contact Tamiko.
Do not send credit card information through the contact form
as it is not secure. Click the images to the right to enter
the gallery.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees are automatically added to your order, and include
insurance. Currently we only ship to US destinations. Shipping
costs depend on the size and weight of the order. Additional
items receive a discount in the shipping cost. If you have
any questions about shipping, please contact us using the

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may
return it for a full refund within 30 days. Before returning
your item, please contact us with your reason for the return
@ contact Tamiko and
we will provide an RA number. As soon as we
receive the returned item, we will refund your
money
through PayPal or by check.
If an item arrives damaged,
please contact the US Postal Service
immediately
for a full refund. We ensure all
items for the amount paid and S&H fees. We will help
you in this process if necessary. If, for any reason,
you cannot
collect from the US Postal Service, you may return the
damaged item(s) within 30 days for a full refund.
Functionality of the Artwork
Most of the pottery is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.
